Love this guy's work and since the Camel Club series all takes place in and around D.C. I really loved it especially since I'm a Maryland metro D.C.native. Transplanted to Florida 14 years ago these books bring me back home when I read them - Thank you David B., keep up the good work.

Almost perfect addition to the Camel Club series

I love this series about a group of hard luck misfits (named the Camel Club) in the nations capital who somehow came together to explore Washingtonian conspiracies. Mr Baldacci apparently has a wandering mind and let the group age for a time while he pursued another line of writing. Fans clamored for more of the august adventures of the Camel Club, the wait proved to be very worthwhile.
This one takes up where the last adventure left off and quickly slips into a higher gear. I couldn't put it down. Truly menacing bad guys, one of which turns out to be different than you had thought. A riveting roller coaster ride of high adventure and suspense.
I was going to say a lot more then realized that it might serve to spoil the book. I have read most of David Baldacci's books, this one rates as possibly the best.

I'm really enjoying this Camel Club Series. Be prepared to read them one ofter the other, since each book leaves unfinished business that is taken care of in the next book, plus adding new sub plots.
